RISE: Country – level data collection

The World Bank Group hired Castlerock to collect the data and information required for Readiness for Investment in Sustainable Energy (RISE) in a subset of the targeted countries, i.e. data collection for Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR and Malaysia. The objective of this assignment was to collect information for these countries covering the following three pillars:

• (i) Energy access;
• (ii) Renewable energy; and
• (iii) Energy efficiency. The information collection process guided by a detailed questionnaire prepared in advance by the RISE team.
