Under this 2015-2016 World Bank funded Cost of Service and Tariff Study of PLN’s technical, commercial and financial performance, Castlerock was responsible for collection of data and existing studies; diagnostic; calculation of total efficient costs, LRMC and development of modelling tools; proposal of new tariff regime and system; training and transfer of tools; support and quality control.
