This Castlerock  2014 study for Ernst & Young Shihon LLC provided a glimpse of the future of Java Bali electricity system for potential investors’ consideration. The study focused on  the existing tariff structure, demand and demand forecast, economic least cost generation plan along with the investment program which will make a basis for the financial projection based on a certain tariff and subsidy scenarios.
