The objective of this assignment is to determine the economic value of the Matenggeng Pumped Storage project whether it is part of a least cost expansion plan for Java-Bali. Castlerock conducted data collection, development of assumptions and support to definition of modelling scenarios, review of modelling results as part of the consulting team.
