Adi joined Castlerock Consulting as a Consultant in early 2022. He has 7+ years of experience in upstream petroleum and geothermal operation since 2014. Prior to Castlerock, he was a Group Leader Earth Science Operations and Lead Well Test Engineer at Star Energy Geothermal (Wayang Windu) Ltd. During his services, he had a vast experience in project management for Drilling Make Up Well, Well Intervention Project, Well Survey, and Well Maintenance, including project planning and implementation. 

He finished his Master’s degree in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment at UCL. His main interests are innovative green financing, low carbon energy transition scenario, energy and climate policy, and electricity access issues. He took community renewable energy development in Indonesia as his dissertation topic to see the opportunities and challenges among various stakeholders. This issue had led him to gain more experience about electricity governance and brought him to engage in SINAR project, a 5-year programme under USAID support, as an energy policy specialist. The programme is designed to accelerate and bring  a resilient, inclusive, and clean energy services in Indonesia.
