Being part of a team financed by the World Bank, Castlerock Consulting conducted data collection, development of assumptions and support to definition of modelling scenarios, review of modelling results. The objective of this assignment is to determine the economic value of the Matenggeng Pumped Storage project whether it is part of a least cost expansion plan for Java-Bali.
