Independent Verification Agent under World Bank P-for-R Isle-1 Program

Following short term engagement from World Bank to assist in program set-up, Castlerock is being engaged by PLN from 2024-2027 to act as Independent Verification for Maluku and NTT to verify PforR programs the investment in transmission and distribution network together with private IPP and PLN investment in solar pv and BESS to increase electricity access; and improvement of network reliability and efficiency to increase service quality, while taking into consideration the social and environmental impacts of these activities.
