Sulse MHPP Dispatch Review

Castlerock conducted a review in 2015 of three mini-hydro power IPP projects located In South Sulawesi for a US based investor considering equity investment. The review assessed economic and regulatory factors impacting PLN’s decisions on whether to dispatch the plants under a Power Purchase Agreement regime without take or pay / availability payment obligations.
