The role of this AFD technical assistance is to provide focused technical support to PT-SMI in the areas of determining PPP project eligibility for AFD funding, assessing candidate projects for EU investment premium, supporting improvement of environment and social safeguards management, delivering targeted capacity building and improving standards for EU technical assistance grants.
