With GGGI, Castlerock was responsible for carrying out technical and analytical activities as part of the Detailed Project Preparation (DPP) phase of the “Decarbonizing Indonesia Through Biogas” project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
Development of Theory of Change and Logical Framework; Indicative Monitoring and Evaluation; Risk Monitoring Framework; Financial Mechanism Development; Creation of Business Model Scenarios; Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Analysis and Action Plan
