- Project Management Unit: As the principal delivery partner for the day-to-day execution of the project, Castlerock utilizes its extensive network of permanent staff and independent subcontractors to complement the on-the-ground KPMG teams. - Execution of Gap-Filling Activities: Castlerock not only identifies and defines the project’s gaps but also leads the way in addressing them. Their responsibilities include conducting techno-economic assessments and executing Environmental, Social, and Impact Assessments (ESIA). They also spearhead the technical phase and feasibility study, ensuring that the potential challenges are properly identified and addressed.
