Examples of The DLIs are: numbers of new customers connected, increased sales in Gwh, extension of transmission network re-conductored, additional numbers of distribution transformers and additional length of distribution networks. Non-DLIs verified by IVA includes number of technical complaints, timely completion of distribution contracts and numbers of staff with competency certifications. In verifying PAP, IVA evaluates progress of the program action plan conducted by PLN against the PAP progress stated in the PLN quarterly\/Annual report.
