The plates are made of non reflective polycarbonate and are padded with a durable mesh covered EVA foam cushion and innerpolyester tricot lining. In addition the hard shell shin guards feature padded outer ankle protectors and adjustable removable foot plates with three hook & loop closures on the backside for a perfect customized fit. The shin guards also
