This is a fantastic example of what appears to be a hat removed 3rd Infantry Bullion Cap Badge. This example has beautiful threaded bullion with a metal 3 device affixed. It is in wonderful condition with little damage present and the black felt oval still retains most of the material though there are areas of loss due to moths.
